Restaurant goers lash out at TV chef Tom Kerridge's 'cooking charge' for butcher-priced steaks

Tom Kerridge, 48, is launching a new menu which includes the £12.50 fee for cooking meat on his grill at The Butchers Tap and Grill in Marlow, Buckinghamshire, from tonight.
