Samuel Adams launches new 28% ABV beer that is so strong it's BANNED in 15 US states

Samuel Adams is back with its Utopias beer - a whopping 28 percent ABV that can't be sold in 15 states. Only 13,000 bottles will be sale starting on October 11 for a price of $240.
