New York judges ORDER defendants to get vaccinated as part of plea deals and bail agreements

Manhattan judge Jed Rakoff and Bronx judge Jeffrey Zimmerman have both told defendants that not being vaccinated posed a danger to those around them as they sought to make plea deals.
