Is Now The Time To Ban Travel Bans?

There is a growing momentum questioning the continued use of travel bans for longer periods of time–that they exacerbate inequality, add more factions of people into an increasingly fractured world, separate families, hinder business and might send the virus underground. Is it time to ban bans?
