Nasdaq’s Snub To Boardroom Disability Inclusion Initiative — A Missed Opportunity

Last week, Nasdaq received approval for its new initiative reporting on diversity in the boardroom. Sadly, disability was not included as a boardroom metric. Why, in 2021, does disability still find itself at the bottom of the barrel when it comes to workplace diversity inclusion?
