Family of man, 18, who was killed by plain clothes cop at a funeral sue police for wrongful death

Fred Cox 18, was shot and killed by Deputy Michael Shane Hill of the Davidson County Sheriff's Office deputy in High Point, North Carolina, last November. His family have filed a wrongful death lawsuit.
