Chilling moment man accused of staring at young kids crawls out of a SEWER pipe in Wollongong

Footage has emerged on social media of a man crawling out of a sewer pipe at a popular beach. Police attended the scene at Belmore Basin on the NSW south coast and spoke to the man.
