Incoming NY Governor hints she's annoyed at Andrew Cuomo over 14-day departure period

Kathy Hochul would have preferred that Andrew Cuomo's resignation go into effect sooner than 14 days, the lieutenant governor told reporters at a news conference in Albany on Wednesday.
