NSW Liberal MP Catherine Cusack calls for ring of steel to be put around Sydney

Liberal MP Catherine Cusack, who lives at Lennox Head on the NSW far north coast, wants a ring of steel put around Sydney with nearby Byron Bay in lockdown for a week.
