Twitter's photo-cropping algorithm favours young, beautiful, and light-skinned faces, study confirms

The San Francisco-based company offered a cash reward to users who could help it weed out bias in the algorithm and has now revealed the results at the DEF CON hacker convention in Las Vegas.
