NCAA’s Exit Interview Process Seems To Be Failing The Athletes

For the last decade, Article 6.3 of the NCAA Manual has required athletic programs conduct some form of an “exit interview” (or an end of the season interview) with athletes leaving their programs. Did Syracuse comply with this responsibility?
