US job openings hit record 10.1 MILLION and exceed the number of people on unemployment

Job openings, a measure of labor demand, rose by 590,000 to 10.1 million on the last day of June, the Labor Department said in its monthly Job Openings and Labor Turnover Survey on Monday.
