Cuomo Could Face Criminal Charges, Arrest If Investigation Backs Up Groping Allegations, Albany Sheriff Says

The county sheriff for New York’s capital said Saturday that an investigation into a criminal complaint brought Thursday was in its early stages, but that if evidence supports the allegations, the governor could be charged with ‘[a] misdemeanor, possibly a couple.’
