Martha's Vineyard NAACP probes if a lynching-like attack on a black boy, 8, was racially motivated

Two white children - ages 8 and 9 - allegedly wrapped a tent strap around the neck of a black child, 8, at a Martha's Vineyard summer camp in the Chilmark Community Center.
