El Chapo's 'money manager' is extradited from Mexico to the U.S.

Jorge Pérez was extradited from Mexico to the United States on Sunday. He reportedly ran the Sinaloa Cartel's finances and also had a role in drug trafficking from Latin America to the U.S.
