Swire Properties sells entire ultra-luxury EDEN project

Developer Swire Properties sold all 20 units of its EDEN ultra-luxury residential project, designed by Thomas Heatherwick, to a single buyer. The EDEN residential project has an overall floor area of 3,000 sq. ft. that features four en-suite bedrooms. It was sold for a total of $293m, or $4,827 per sq. ft..
