Colorado shooting suspect to make first appearance in court the night after candlelight vigil held

Ahmad Ali Aliwi Alissa, 21, will hear the charges he faces and his rights as a defendant in his first court appearance on Wednesday. He will not be asked to enter a plea until later in the legal process.
