OUE Lippo Healthcare wins Wuxi land dispute

The Wuxi Intermediate Court has ruled in favor of OUE in a land dispute case against Shanghai-based Weixin Hospital Investment Management over a property in China. In a bourse disclosure, OUE announced that rival company Eqixin Hospital Investment Management has withdrawn its land litigation appeal from the Wuxi Intermediate Court. The 22,000 sqm property in Wuxi Jiangsu Province in China has been the subject of dispute between the two companies since 2017. read more
