Boy, 12, is 'tackled from behind and stabbed in the neck by a stranger at McDonald's'

Charles Edward Turner, 51, allegedly tackled and stabbed a 12-year-old boy who was on line with his family to order food at McDonald's in downtown Pittsburgh just after 2pm on Saturday.
