Phoebe Burgess' father accused of 'possibly fabricating evidence' about Sam Burgess clash

New South Wales District Court Judge Mark Williams preferred the evidence of Burgess over that of retired businessman Mr Hooke, who he found could have fabricated some of his testimony.
