Boy, 3, who was mauled to death by neighbor's two pit bulls in his backyard in New Jersey named

Relatives have identified Aziz Ahmed, three, as the child who was killed by two pit bulls in Carteret, New Jersey, on Tuesday. The toddler's mother was also badly mauled trying to save him.
