Urgent warnings as flesh-eating disease rapidly spreads around Melbourne

'Several cases of Buruli ulcer have occurred in the Essendon, Moonee Ponds and Brunswick West areas of inner Melbourne,' Victoria's Department of Health and Human Services said.
