Foreign lorry drivers who spend less than 48 hours in the UK will NOT have to pass a Covid test

Transport Secretary Grant Shapps said that the measure, which has added a layer of bureaucracy to exports, was being waived for drivers who have spent less than 48-hours in the UK.
