Officials tell father and daughter who flew from US to Edinburgh 'they can self-isolate at home'

Chun Wong arrived at Edinburgh Airport on Monday with his eight-year-old daughter Kiernan, having caught a connecting flight in Ireland from the US. But they are now being released.
