Undersea tunnel between Britain and Northern Ireland could be approved within weeks

It is hoped a 25-mile 'Boris' Burrow' tunnel, connecting Stanraer, Scotland, and Larne, Northern Ireland, can help ease rising tensions following the end of the Brexit transition period.
