Driver who survived 70-foot fall over exit ramp says he lost control of truck

Richard Lee Oliver was headed to his mother's house near Milwaukee on Saturday when his truck hit snow on I-94 and plummeted 70 feet off of an exit ramp, leaving him with a broken back.
