Doctor fired for stealing 10 doses of vaccine says they 'were due to expire within six hours'

Authorities alleged that Dr. Hasan Gokal, who worked for Harris County Public Health, stole a vial containing 10 doses of the Moderna vaccine. But he claims he just handed them out to eligible folks.
