Game of Thrones actress Esme Bianco claims Marilyn Manson told her he wanted to 'rape her'

Bianco, 38, on Thursday became the first of the singer's accusers to air her allegations on camera, telling GMA: 'I thought, he's going to kill me'. Manson vehemently denied earlier allegations.
