Nursery under investigation after toddlers escaped - and boy, three, wandered dual carriageway

Two toddlers escaped the Busy Bees Nursery in Derriford, Plymouth, before 11am this morning, with police called to reports of a three-year-old boy wandering along a dual carriageway alone.
