The nothing-quite-like-it New Zealand-made Manta5 XE-1 hydrofoil bike drew eyes at the Prada America’s Cup World Series on Waitematā Harbour recently. Interestingly, the XE-1, which is powered by pedaling, uses the same hydrofoil technology as the AC75s boats showcased in this year’s races.
