The Dream Act of 2021, a bipartisan bill authored by Senators Dick Durbin (D-IL) and Lindsey Graham (R-SC) just introduced in Congress would provide young people who were brought to this country as children and grew up in the United States the opportunity to apply for lawful permanent residence.
