Coronavirus: UK vaccine regulator report rules 'benefits far outweigh risks' of Covid jabs

A report published today by the MHRA, which approved Pfizer's and Oxford's Covid jabs for use in the UK, found that the benefits of the vaccines 'far outweigh' the risks and side effects are normal.
