EU Travel: Tests Now Needed Before Travel Within Europe, Border Controls In Place

The EU is advocating two new measures in February 2021 to limit travel and control the spread of Covid-19 between member states—the use of border checks and the requirement of negative Covid-19 tests, before departure, from high risk EU areas to anywhere else in Europe.
