NBCUnivertsal’s commitment to follow the Ruderman Family Foundation’s guidelines on routinely auditioning actors with disabilities is a welcome positive stride towards more authentic on-screen representation. Hopefully, the pledge can be a trailblazer for other media and entertainment organizations.
