Senior advisor in Cabinet Office, 47, found dead in bedroom of his Cornish home, inquest hears

Andrew Timms, 37, was more than five-times over the drink-drive limit when he was discovered dead at home in Tehidy, Cornwall. Mr Timms' drinking escalated after his father passed away.
