Northern Beaches resident cops $1,000 fine for breaching lockdown and travelling down the coast

The 37-year-old travelled three hours to Sanctuary Point, a town in NSW, from the Northern Beaches where there is currently lockdown restrictions in place to manage the Covid-19 outbreak
