California Woman shot dead in 'domestic dispute' at Kohl's store before gunman flees the scene

A Hispanic woman, 45, was shot to death at a Kohl's Store in Whittier, California, at around 5.30pm Tuesday. Whittier Police Hugo Figueroa said the attack appeared to be a domestic incident.
