Wasteful Lockheed Swallows Up Another Defense Contractor - Aerojet

Lockheed, the biggest defense contractor, is acquiring Aerojet, cutting that firm off from teaming up for competition. Lockheed is paying a 21% premium, a billion dollars, presumably with profits from the taxpayer.
