Amazon Releases New ‘Call Captioning’ Feature On Echo Devices For More Accessible Video Chats

In a blog post, the Seattle-based commerce Goliath describes Call Captioning as “[enabling] people to see captions for Alexa calls in near real time” on supported Echo devices with a display. The feature is available on the second-generation Echo Show, Echo Show 5, Echo Show 8, and Echo Spot.
