Massachusetts cop resigns after 'carving SWASTIKA into another officer's personal car'

Marblehead police officer Timothy Tufts, a 30-year-old retired Marine and veteran, resigned from the force on Wednesday, a month after he was accused of defacing a car with a swastika.
