Officer who paid £30 to vulnerable woman for sexual favours in car is banned from the force

Quinn Baker paid a woman he met on Tinder £30 for sexual favours last year. He also offered his vulnerable victim, who had mental health issues, £300 for sex. He has been found guilty of gross misconduct.
