What Will Leaders Do Without Unconscious Bias Training?

It's official. Unconscious bias is ineffective. Leaders must now engage with training solutions that actively address the root causes of racism and disadvantage. But what will leaders do without unconscious bias, the crutch used by many an organisation as an exclusionary tool for bad behaviour?
