Supreme Court Should Go Even Further To Protect College Athletes’ Economic Rights

Earlier today, the U.S. Supreme Court granted certiorari to review the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals decision in the NCAA Grant-In-Aid Cap Litigation — thus setting the stage for the high court to determine whether the $13 billion college sports industry may enforce so-called “amateurism” rules.
