Singapore-based startup Appboxo raises $1.4m in seed funding round

Singapore-based mini app company Appboxo announced that it raised $1.4m (US$1.1m) during its seed funding round. The funding round was led by 500 Durians, Plug and Play Ventures, Antler, and FF APAC Scout. According to several media reports, Appboxo plans to use seed funding raised to scale its platform and further develop its proprietary technology whilst planning to add new mini apps in several industries such as travel, e-commerce, and finance. read more
