The UK Should Fix And Not End Its VAT Refund For Tourists

Abolishing exclusivity arrangements between VAT refund companies and retailers and allowing consumers to choose which refund company they wish to use would mean tourists would choose the company that takes the smallest fee to process the refund & end up with nearly all of the VAT refund.
