Father-of-two captures pictures of one of Britain's 50 albino squirrels outside his Edinburgh flat

Richard Waugh, 51, was thrilled when he spotted the incredibly rare white squirrel, of which there are around 50 in the UK, scampering around outside his flat in Edinburgh on Saturday.
