Billionaire Dubai ruler to pay £30,000 for affordable housing so he can build lodge in Scotland

Dubai ruler Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid al-Maktoum, who is worth up to £3.3billion, has paid £30,000 toward affordable housing in order to build a lodge on his 63,000-acre Scottish Highlands estate.
