AOC says 'we need to pay people to stay home' as Vermont implements orders by giving out hazard pay

Rep Alexandria Ocasio Cortez (D-NY) tweeted that the government should be paying Americans to stay home to curb the spread of the coronavirus as cases spike in the Great Plains.
