Wealthy father-of-three lawyer who mysteriously vanished in 1998 is declared legally dead

Brian Maisch, who lived in Chelmsford, Essex, was accused of siphoning over £600,000 from his clients to overseas accounts and was last heard from in 1998, London's High Court heard.
