Law student, 18, full of 'dreams and inspirations' collapses and dies 'after taking ketamine'

Police believe Megan Pollitt, 18, may have taken a lethal batch of Ketamine while studying at Cardiff University and are still investigating potential links to the death of a 25-year-old man on Sunday.
